FreePDFly UML is designed with a strict local-first privacy architecture.
1. Client-Side Diagram Processing
FreePDFly UML operates entirely within your web browser. All diagram creation, manipulation, SVG vector math, raster image generation, PDF rendering, and JSON parsing occur locally on your machine using JavaScript and browser APIs.
2. Local Storage & IndexedDB
When you save or autosave a diagram, the project data is stored exclusively in your browser's local IndexedDB (or localStorage fallback). We do not operate an external database that captures or stores your diagrams, entity models, database schemas, or proprietary software architectures.
3. No Accounts or Tracking
We do not require user accounts, email registration, passwords, or personal identity verification. You remain anonymous when using our diagramming tools.
